Streamline AI’s mission is to become the primary intake and workflow automation system for in-house legal teams and eventually all enterprise G&A teams. We are carving out a niche in an underserved market and have developed an exciting product that is selling into a largely blue ocean market.  

We have raised a round of funding, achieved product-market fit, and onboarded our first set of customers, many of which are household names. Our Founder and CEO, Kathy Zhu, has deep customer empathy and strong network connections from her previous role as an executive at DoorDash and is actively involved in building out the customer pipeline and marketing our business.

About this role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Manager, Demand Generation will own Streamline AI’s pipeline creation strategy across all channels. This role is responsible for building full-funnel demand programs that drive qualified pipeline for our sales team, accelerate deal velocity, and support rapid expansion into key verticals such as tech, healthcare, and regulated industries. You will manage our campaign architecture, paid channels, ABM programs, webinar strategy, and event strategy.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to architect and execute an integrated GTM plan aligned to revenue targets. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for someone who loves building, optimizing, and measuring growth programs in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Demand & Pipeline Strategy

  • Build and execute Streamline AI’s annual and quarterly demand generation plan aligned to pipeline and ARR goals.
  • Own KPIs such as MQL → SQL conversion, opportunity creation, cost per opportunity, channel ROI, and pipeline sourced.

Campaigns & Programs

  • Architect multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, content, events, webinars, ABM) that speak directly to legal ops, GCs/CLOs, and in-house attorneys.
  • Design persona-specific nurture programs.
  • Optimize inbound and outbound workflows across HubSpot, Unify GTM, and website conversion paths.

Paid Media & Digital Acquisition

  • Own paid acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, and emerging channels.
  • Test, scale, and optimize audiences and messaging (especially for legal, healthcare, and regulated industry verticals).
  • Partner with Product Marketing to refine creative, value props, and content offers for each campaign.

Events, Webinars & Community Programs

  • Lead Streamline AI’s 2026 event and field marketing strategy (industry conferences, partner events, virtual summits, meetups).
  • Build scalable webinar programs leveraging proprietary research (e.g., Legal Efficiency Benchmarking Report, Matter Lifecycle insights).
  • Develop integrated pre- and post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impact.

ABM & Vertical Expansion

  • Build and run ABM programs targeted at high-priority enterprise accounts.
  • Create verticalized motions for healthcare + health tech, tech, and other high-growth markets.
  • Partner with Sales to develop account-specific plays and support territory goals.

Analytics, Reporting & Revenue Operations

  • Build dashboards to measure funnel performance, campaign ROI, and forecasted pipeline impact.
  • Improve lead scoring, routing, lifecycle definitions, and attribution models in partnership with RevOps.
  • Ensure clean, actionable data in HubSpot and Salesforce.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment with high autonomy.
  • Experience working in a pre-Series B startup environment
  • 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, ideally with ACV $20k–$200k.
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns, paid media, ABM, and webinar strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with mastery of HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent storyteller who understands persona-based messaging (especially Legal, Legal Ops, IT, and CFO stakeholders).
  • Comfortable being hands-on: building campaigns, writing copy, QA-ing workflows, testing offers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA, BS or higher education degree
  • Experience marketing to in-house legal teams, legal ops, or compliance stakeholders
  • Experience with AI products or workflow automation platforms
  • Background in vertical marketing (healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries)
Salary Range

$100,000-$160,000
