Streamline AI’s mission is to become the primary intake and workflow automation system for in-house legal teams as our initial target market and eventually all G&A teams across the enterprise. We are breaking into a new category and have developed an exciting product that is selling into a largely blue ocean market.

We have raised a round of funding, achieved product fit, and on-boarded our first set of customers, many of which are household names. Our Founder and CEO, Kathy Zhu, has developed strong market recognition for her previous role as a legal executive at DoorDash and is actively involved in building out the customer pipeline.

About this role

Streamline AI is seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who will benefit from our SaaS application. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and booking meetings/demos for the account executives. The SDR should be a quick learner with strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to showcase our product in a compelling way.

  • Search, identify, and engage with outbound leads using various tools including direct phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Book demo meetings for account executives
  • Ensure prospects attend meetings by following up with timely communications
  • Consistently deliver on targets for demo sessions booked and attended
  • Drive awareness through regular email campaigns, targeted calls, and discovery meetings 
  • Ensure consistent input of information into CRM including lead tracking and periodic reporting
  • Work with Marketing to optimize the lead generation process, marketing strategy, and marketing materials
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2.5+ years in an SDR/BDR position at a SaaS company
  • Success engaging daily with B2B customers, building professional relationships
  • Service-oriented, strong customer relationship and people skills
  • Ability and eagerness to learn
  • High degree of curiosity and ability to experiment and iterate to improve existing numbers and processes
  • Ability to work independently, highly driven and self-motivated 
  • Enthusiastic, positive, energetic, growth mindset, team-player, motivated to win

Preferred Qualifications
  • BA, BS equivalent or higher degree 
  • Experience in selling to in-house legal departments
  • Early stage experience (Seed or Series A)
