About Streamline AI

Streamline AI’s mission is to become the primary intake and workflow automation system for in-house legal teams and eventually all enterprise G&A teams. We are carving out a new territory in a legacy market and have developed an exciting product that has garnered strong customer loyalty (we were awarded with 8 G2 badges, read what customers are saying here).

We have raised two rounds of funding, achieved early product-market fit, and are delivering real value versus hype. Our co-founder and CEO, Kathy Zhu, has deep customer empathy and subject matter expertise borne from over a decade as an attorney, most recently leading Commercial Legal at DoorDash. You will be joining a strong founding team with a former Google product leader and AI expert as our co-founder & CTO, a seasoned VP Sales with almost a decade in legal tech, and head of Customer Success.

About this role

This role will report directly to the CEO and will lead and shape our marketing strategy moving forward. We are looking for a marketer who has successfully brought disruptive products to market, who is excited to tackle a range of different marketing activities with a strong focus on Product Marketing, SEO/Content, and Demand Generation. 

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to constantly test and iterate on different initiatives through a metrics-driven and analytical approach. You are collaborative, enthusiastic, with a no-task-is-beneath-me approach to drive results.

Responsibilities
  • Own website and SEO strategy to drive conversion from non-branded search
  • Leverage expertise in product marketing to develop and nurture key industry relationships, create sales collateral, product positioning, and engage in different forms of outbound marketing
  • Own demand generation through multiple channels, including online, email and running creative campaigns to drive leads and awareness
  • Execute nurture and reengagement campaigns by persona to reach lost leads
  • Work with content writers to create Legal technology specific content, ranging from white papers, blogs, and case studies to long-format guides and sales enablement pieces
  • Plan and implement strategic content and webinar calendar to promote lead generation
  • Collaborate with Sales to help refine sales pitch and create collateral
  • Support events, including working with Sales on the lead list and engagement after the event, booth design, and other related collateral
  • Create monthly newsletter to engage and nurture prospects and existing customers in collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Sales
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-8 years marketing experience, at least 1 early stage startup experience leading marketing
  • General marketing experience with spikes in Demand Generation and Product Marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in an industry that has disrupted incumbent leaders
  • Track record of growing and engaging an audience
  • Scrappy, tenacious, founder-mindset
  • Glass half-full mentality - sees possibility versus limitation
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects and readjusting priorities
  • Experience managing a startup marketing budget
  • Excellent communicator and writer
  • Collaborative, high EQ/IQ, and intellectual curiosit
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS, BA equivalent or higher degree
  • Experience selling to in-house legal
